The promoter of the unit is a qualified Mechanical Engineer and has served in various Govt./Private Large scale units and has thorough knowledge of the requirements of such units. It is with idea in view, the above unit was set up in 1973 for the manufacture of Precision Fasteners, Machined components. During this period, it had catered the requirements of a number of Govt. undertaking like Diesel Locomotive Works, Varanasi, Diesel Loco Modernisation Works, Patiala, Northern Railways, Southern Railways, South Central Railways, North Eastern Railways and other Zonal Railways, BHEL, Hardwar/ Bhopal/ Jhansi, National Fertilizers Ltd. Bathinda/ Panipat/ Vijaipur/ Naya Nangal, NTPC, Ministry of Defence, etc.
